Face Data Processing (AI Features)

Our app includes AI-powered features such as anime-style photo conversion, AI face swap, AI stickers, and virtual clothing try-on. These features may involve temporary processing of face-related image data.To create your avatar, we need to send your uploaded photo (e.g., facial image data) to our backend server, which has the necessary computing resources to perform the processing. During this process, your photo is temporarily stored on our server hosted by Replicate Platform (United States) and is automatically deleted once the processing is complete.

What We May Process

• Uploaded user photos
• Facial landmark data (non-identifiable) for image transformation
• Temporary intermediate files used for processing

Purpose of Use

• To enable features like AI face swap, anime avatar generation, sticker creation, etc.
• We do NOT use face data for identity recognition or user profiling
• We do NOT use face data for advertising or behavioral targeting

Storage and Retention

• Face data is not permanently stored
• All face-related data is deleted immediately after processing or within 1 hours
• If the user chooses to save or share the result, only the output image is retained

Third-Party Sharing

• Face data is never shared or sold to third parties
• If third-party AI services are used, we will inform users and obtain consent prior to use

User Rights

• Users may contact us at any time to request deletion of face-related data
• We will act upon such requests unless legally required to retain the data

TELL-A-FRIEND

If you choose to use our referral feature to tell a friend about our Service, we will ask for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send a one-time email inviting them to try our app. We do not store this information beyond sending the referral email.

CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

All registered users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by contacting us. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the record.
